Philip uses the latest studies of neurosciences and behavioral studies in his approach to economic, business, and management related issues.

Philip uses the latest studies of neurosciences and behavioral studies in his approach to economic, business, and management related issues.

Over the course of years, many career opportunities came Philip’s way for advancement. He took a position as a marketing manager at a Caterpillar dealership, became a Personal Financial Advisor, Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and District Manager with IDS Financial Services. In 1995, Philip made a career move to Central California where he started his own consulting business. He worked for various businesses, organizations, and government entities. Philip’s consulting practice consisted of economic advising, strategic planning, business process improvement, and personal consulting for business owners, executives, and agency leaders. He was involved in motivational speaking, conducting seminars on leadership training and development. In the process of his consulting, Philip developed his own leadership training manual and study guide. He has had the opportunity, and privilege, to speak at many large business group conferences, governmental assemblies, nonprofit organizations, and to our military troops.
